Creative Freedom & Substitutions: We always strive to replicate the "look and feel" of our advertised arrangements. However, because we work with fresh, seasonal nature products, exact flowers or colors may not always be in stock. To ensure your arrangement is delivered on time and features the freshest blooms available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice. If you require a specific flower type, please call us directly to check availability before ordering.
Delivery & Quality Guarantee: We take great pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items: We will happily replace any item that may have been damaged during transit or quality-compromised.

Refusals: As flowers are perishable, we do not issue monetary refunds. Returns are accepted on a quality basis only, personal preference ("not liking" the design) is not grounds for a return or refund.
